RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
As required by art. 52 of the Consumer Code has the right to return the goods within 14 days of delivery. This right is excluded for all food items "susceptible to deteriorate or expire rapidly" (Article 47, paragraph 1, letter l), of the Italian Civil Code. cons. and art. 59 cod. cons).
